Meet Shawn Sills, MD – Medical Director

As the founder and Medical Director of Touchstone Pain Center, Dr. Shawn M. Sills, MD, provides visionary leadership grounded in clinical excellence, innovation, and compassion. With decades of experience in anesthesiology, addiction medicine, and interventional pain management, Dr. Sills is committed to advancing pain care while maintaining a deeply patient-centered approach. His leadership reflects a dedication not only to effective treatment, but also to improving the overall experience for patients and families living with chronic pain.

Touchstone founder, Dr. Shawn M. Sills, is a board certified anesthesiologist, addiction medicine specialist and interventional pain physician dedicated to serving his patients and the community. He is passionate about providing his patients with new and innovative options for pain management and understands the burden of chronic pain on his patients as well as their families.

Since moving to Southern Oregon in 2004, Dr. Sills has pioneered interventional pain management and continues to improve his techniques as well as introduce new modalities, and emerging technologies, to chronic pain patients.

Dr. Sills believes that effective pain management requires more than procedures alone—it requires listening, education, and a commitment to treating the whole person. Under his leadership, Touchstone Pain Center emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration among providers, and continual advancement in treatment options. Dr. Sills remains actively involved in guiding clinical standards, mentoring providers, and ensuring that Touchstone delivers the highest level of care. He is proud to serve the Southern Oregon community and remains dedicated to helping patients regain comfort, function, and hope through compassionate, innovative pain management.
